Pursuant to due Call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of July 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers venport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following memers were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-402
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 17, dated June 21, 1979, for the general
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen &
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 17 in the amount of $48,300.00 to H. P. Droher
& Sons, Inc. for City Hall Building Project No. 615.
