moved its s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-399
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
19TH AVE. IN KREATZ HIGHVIEW ACRES 6TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.841, the City Council is proposing to vacate
the following street:
All of 19th Avenue platted in Kreatz Highview Acres 6th Addition
30' South of the North line of said addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 6. 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
gqyncjlmemhqr . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol lowing. vote in favo' rL�ereof: mayor Hunt. Councilmembers
Davenport. Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
