Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-398
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION FOR WILLIAM A. LAING
AT 5325 LARCH LANE N. (79044)
WHEREAS, William A. Laing has requested approval of a conditional use permit;
for a home occupation involving an office activity related to real estate sales
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of"the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of William A.
Laing for a conditional use permit for a home occupation involving an office
acitivity related to real estate sales at 5325 Larch Lane N. subject to the
following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the petitioner and is not transferrable;
2. The permit is subject to applicable codes, ordinances and regulations
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation;
3. There shall be no signs related to the activity;
4. The approved office activity shall be limited to petitioner and
:Petitioner's spouse.
5. The term of the permit shall be one year at which time it shall be
reviewed by the City.
