RESOLUTION 19-396
DENYING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE P€RMIT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE FOR
MINNESOTA TORO, INC. AT 14900 21ST AVE. NORTH (79047)
WHEREAS, Minnesota Toro, Inc. has requested approval of an ambled site plan
including additional buildings and an amended conditional use permit for out-
side storage at 14900 21st Ave. N.; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does deny the amended site plan con-
sisting of a 900 sq. ft. attached addition to the present building and a
10,800 sq. ft. detached building and an amended conditional use permit for
outside storage at 14900 21st Ave. N. for the following reason:
The proposed storage building constitutes an addition of a large
temporary building which is substantially different from the per-
manence and construction of the original building and represents an
incompatible use in the I-1 district
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
