HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-390CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasFe-TT on the 16th day of July , 1979 The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,.Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following members were a send None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Pesolution and moved its adoption, RESOLUTION 79-390 APPROVING REVISED FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CREEKWOOD HILLS RPUD 77-2 FOR UNIVERSAL LAND CORPORATION WEST OF LARCH LANE NORTH OF 48TH AVE. N (A-648) WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 78-123 approved a final plat and development contract for Creekwood Hills for Criterion Homes, Inc. consisting of 124 single family residential lots; and WHEREAS, Criterion Homes has no further interest in the project and has not executed said development contract; and WHEREAS, Universal Land Corporation has submitted a revised final plat consisting of 40 single family dwelling lots and 3 outlots on the same property and has submitted documentation assuming responsibility for the project per require- ments of Section 9 of the City Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a development contract for the improvements related to this project; NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the revised final plat for Creekwood Hills RPUD 77-2 for Universal Land Corporation consisting of 40 single family dwelling lots and 3 outlots west of Larch Lane and north of 48th Ave. N.; FURTHER, that the revised development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development con- tract on behalf of the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in fav6r t ereo Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
