RESOLUTION NO. 79-385
ORDERING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT ADJACENT TO PINK SUPPLY COMPANY (79015)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a site plan for Robert Wernick, developer
of Pink Supply Company,at the southeast corner of Xenium Lane and 15th Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, as part of the development it is necessary to construct a portion of
the Parkers Lake storm sewer outlet; and
WHEREAS, plans are necessary before the storm sewer improvement can be constructed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Eugene A. Hickok and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for
making such improvement.
