RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 384
APPROVING APPOINTMENT TO BASSET CREEK FLOOD CONTROL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the death of Richard J. O'Fallon has created a vacancy on the Basset
Creek Flood Control Commission from the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Sherman Goldberg has expressed interest in serving as the City's
representative to the Basset Creek Flood Control Commission for a term expiring
January 31, 1981,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYKOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Mr. Sherman Goldberg be appointed to the Basset Creek Flood
Control Commission for a term expiring January 31, 1981.
