moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 379
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License have been received from the attached list of applicants on Exhibit A for
consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wunpilmepbap Noy and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n avor thereof, Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils ,
The following vo againstorasane; one ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pmod and adopted.
