RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 378
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants on Exhibit A for
consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1980.
