Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a eial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota washeld on the
' gth day of July , 19 79 , The following members were
present: cting,rla_vor Spaeth, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-377
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DUNKIRK LANE SOUTH OF 12TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Mary Hale and James Lindsay have petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of Dunkirk Lane south of the south line of 12th Ave.
and north of Gleason Lake,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 6, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
