RESOLUTION NO. 79-376
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
43RD AVE. IN GORDON'S OAKWOOD HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Robert Roscoe and Terry Rodekuhr have
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of 43rd Avenue platted in Gordon's Oakwood Hills
Addition between the west line of Juneau Lane and the east line of
Kingsview Lane,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 6, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
