HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-374CITY w PLYMOUTH Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-374 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF LANCASTER LANE NORTHERLY FROM 19TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, R. V. Mosimand and Donald Morrissette have petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: That part of Lancaster Lane between the north line of 19th Avenue and the north line of Lot 16, Block 16, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 6, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, io as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
