The following members were present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councl member�avenport, Hoyt and Neils The following members were absent: mayor Hunt t.. Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-373 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PILGRIM LANE ADJACENT TO BLOCK 5, MEDICINE LAKE PARK 3RD DIVISION WHEREAS, purusant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jim Red, Dennis Begin and Chris Lehman have petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: All that part of Pilgrim Lane between the northerly and westerly lot line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 23, Block 5, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division and a line described as follows: A line 60' Southeasterly of and parallel with the Southeasterly line of Lot 1 and 2, Block 1, Medicine Ridge Addition and a line 66' Southwesterly of and parallel with the Southwesterly line of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2, Medicine Ridge Addiition, AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 6, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
