Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 371
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE/RIDGECREST ADDITION UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 804-001 AND 829
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated June 27, 1979, for C. W. Houle
Landscaping has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 5 in the amount of $97,064.51 to C. W. Houle Landscaping for
Project 804-001 and 829.
