Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5 ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Feldon the

RESOLUTION NO. 79-370
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated June 25, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make Payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $13,410.00 to Progressive Contractors for
Project 853 and 911.
