RESOLUTION NO. 79-365
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1979 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated June 28, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $116,147.88 to Hardives, Inc. for 1979 Street
Surfacing.
