moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 364
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE UTILITIES AND STREET
PROJECT NO. 804
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated June 28, 1979, for C. S. McCrossan,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $43,135.20 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project 804.
