moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-363
APPROVING LANDSCAPE BOND RELEASE FOR BUHLER-MIAG SITE AT 1100 XENIUM LANE
(A-646)
WHEREAS, Buhler-Miag has completed the landscaping per the approved landscape
plan approved by Council Resolution 75-562; and
WHEREAS, City staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends release of
the landscape bond #2539132 held on the Buhler-Miag site;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Buhler-Miag
for release of their landscape bond in the amount of $7000 covering site
improvements at 1100 Xenium Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
ine ror1owing votes against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
