moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 362
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 804-001 AND 829
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
1. Additional storm sewer within the Cedar Ridge Addition.
2. Jacking of sanitary sewer and water services under Co. Rd. 15 to
complete Project 714.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Projects 804-001 and 829 is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1, Projects 804-001 and 829, adding $26,474.00
is approved, and that the existing contract price of $765,916.00 is revised to
$792,390.00.
