moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 361
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR HERITAGF ESTATES,
RPUD 78-6 (A-824)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved final plat and development contract for
Heritage Estates as requested by John Karos;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to the
recording of said plat:
1. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication based on 50
lots in accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in effect at
the time of filing of the final plat;
2. No building permits are to be issued until sanitary sewer is physically
10 available to the property;
3. Completion of the mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet process.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
gqun�ilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted,.in favor thereof: Aciing Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
