RESOLUTION NO. 79-360
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "HERITAGE ESTATES" RPUD 78-6

WHEREAS, John Karos has requested approval of a final plat/plan for "Heritage
Estates" RPUD 78-6 consisting of 50 single family lots at W. Medicine Lake Dr.
between 34th and 37th Ave. N.; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of John Karos for
final plat approval of "Heritage Estates," a plat for 50 single family dwelling
lots located at W. Medicine Lake Dr. between 34th and 37th Aves. N.;
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf
of the City.
