Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseTT-n the
9th day of July , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Actin Mayor Spaeth, CouncilmemEers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils

Counci1member Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-359
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING MISSION PONDS TOWNHOUSES,
WIND RIDGE ADDITION, WEST RIDGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted June 4, 1979; May 22,
1978 and April 16, 1979, reports have been prepared by the City Engineer with
reference to the improvement of the Mission Ponds Townhouses, Wind Ridge Addition
and West Ridge Estates 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and these reports were received by the Council on July 9, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolutions
adopted June 4, 1979; May 22, 1978 and April 16, 1979. The petitioners have
waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company and Wright -Hennepin Electric.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport and Hoyt
