RESOLUTION NO. 79.358
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 933
18TH AVENUE WATERMAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted May 7, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 8 Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of:
1) 18th Ave. from South Shore Drive to Co. No. 18 Frontage Road
2) 17th Ave. from South Shoe Drive to Co. No. 18 Frontage Road
3) Co. No. 18 Frontage Rd. from 18th Ave. to 13th Ave.
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 9, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such watermain improvements
in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $98,035.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th
day of August, 1979 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
y�p�ncilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ' Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly, passed and adopted.
