RESOLUTION NO. 79- 357
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 925
CRITERION M.P.U.D. UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted February 5, 1979, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Criterion M.P.U.D. and adjacent area (Fernbrook Lane and
I-494 south of Co. No. 9); and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermain,
street, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 9, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utility
improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011.to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $1,067,500.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th
day of August, 1979 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center
at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
