moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-356
ORDERING PROJECT 917
BALDWIN CHEVROLET SITE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted January 8, 1979, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvement of 56th Ave. adjacent to the Baldwin Chevrolet
site by the construction of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on July 9, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution
adopted January 8, 1979 and proposed in the report received July 9,
1979 except deleting the west storm sewer crossing of 56th Avenue.
The petitioner has waived their right to a public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and speci-
fications for the making of such improvement.
