the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-354
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR HOME OCCUPATION TO CONTINUE
OPERATION OF TRUCK DELIVERY SERVICE FOR CLARENCE JANSSON AT 1250 HIGHWAY 101

WHEREAS, Clarence Jansson has requested a conditional use permit renewal for a
home occupation to continue operation of a truck delivery service from his home
at 1250 Highway 101; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Clarence
Jansson for renewal of a conditional use permit involving the operation of a
furniture hauling and package delivery service as a home occupation at 1250
Highway 101 subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit be renewed annually;
2. The petitioner be limited to a maximum of two business related vehicles
parked on the property;
3. The permit is subject to all codes, ordinances and regulations and vio-
lation thereof shall be grounds for revocation;
