Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was s held on the
9th day of July , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Spaeth Co
uncilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION 79-353
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MCCOMBS KNUTSON ASSOCIATES FOR FOUR
OFFICE TENANTS (79043)
WHEREAS, McCombs Knutson Associates has requested a conditional use permit in
response to Council Resolution 78-168, for four general office tenants per a
letter of June 7, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
iivW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of McCombs Knutson
Associates for a conditional use permit for four general office tenants at
12800 Industrial Park Blvd, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the petitioner acting on behalf of each of the
four tenants and shall not be transferrable to any other tenants;
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation for any one or
all of the uses;
3. The operation of the building specifically with regard to the conditional
use office occupancies, shall be for one year, at which time observations
of the capacity of this site to support the uses in terms of parking and
traffic generation will be reported.
4. Erosion control and tree removal shall be worked out with the City
and the owners of the property.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
fojn i member Voyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: -Acting Mayor Spaeth. Co,n ilmembArc
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
