the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
9th day of July , 19 79. The following members were

RESOLUTION 79-350
APPROVING AMENDED FINAL PLAT FOR FERNDALE NORTH FOURTH ADDITION FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-615)
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 79-146 adopted March 19, 1979, approved the
request of Lundgren Bros. Construction Company for a final plat approval of
Ferndale North Fourth Addition, a plat for 29 single family dwelling units
east of Ferndale Road and southwest of Hadley Lake and a Development Contract
therefore; and
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 79-147 adopted the same date established
conditions to be met prior to filing of said plat; and
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Company has requested approval of an
amended plat of Ferndale North Fourth Addition consisting of 26 single
family residential lots rather than 29;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby approve the request of Lundgren Bros.
Construction Company for an amended final plat for Ferndale North Fourth
Addition a plat for 26 single family dwelling units;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat shall be that approved
under Resolution 79-146 and the conditions to be met prior to filing said plat
will be those approved under Resolution 79-147.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo : cting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers
Davenport, Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
