HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-349CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of July , 1979 The following members were present: Actinq Mavor Spaeth, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following memoers were a sen Mayor Hunt Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and rioved its adoption: RESOLUTION 79-349 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR MR. KEITH STOTTS (79017) WHEREAS, Mr. Keith Stotts has requested approval of a single family residential preliminary plat on property described as 17420 County Road 24; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing in conjunction with rezoning of the property and recommends approval; NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve a preliminary plat for Mr. Keith Stotts consisting of five single family residential lots on property described as 17420 County Road 24 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum; 2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in accordance with the Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of final plat; 3. Compliance with the requirements of Hennepin County with respect to right-of-way needs and access onto County Road 24, with the location of the street intersection to be as proposed; 4. No private curb cuts from proposed lot 1 or proposed lot 5 onto County Road 24; 5. Street name shall be based upon the adopted City street naming scheme; 6. An outlot shall be provided 10.22 feet in width along the northeasterly line of proposed lot 5, coinciding with the existing easement, to be conveyed to and combined with the adjacent property at the time of final plat 7. Compliance with City Council policy Resolution A-80 regarding minimum floor elevation for subdivisions containing or adjacent to storm water drainage areas; 8. Conveyance to the City of an additional 10 foot easement for trail pur- poses parallel to the County Road right-of-way The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ' fs l , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o lowrn vote in favor thereof: Actino Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
