RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 343
APPROVING OFF -SALE NONINTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor
Licenses have been received from the attached list of applicants for
consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance
with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Off -Sale Nonintoxicating Malt Liquor License
be renewed for the listed parties for a period to expire June 30, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmemb eil , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
