the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
25th day of June , 1979 . The following memhers were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ersavenpor�; Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-338
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT NO. 846
RAPPAPORT ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions adopted by the City Council on April 2, 1979,
the Consulting Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., has
prepared plans and specifications for the Rappaport Addition Improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifi-
cations. The advertisement shall be published for three days; shall
specify the work to be done; shall state that bids will be received by
the City Clerk until 10:Ol a.m. on Friday, July 20, 1979, at which
time they will be publicl,./ opened in the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota by the City Manager, and that
no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk
and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such
bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof—
