RESOLUTION # 79-335
APPROVING LANDSCAPE LETTER OF CREDIT RELEASE FOR PREST EQUIPMENT COMPANY AT 2500 NO.
FERNBROOK LANE (A-734)
WHEREAS, Prest Equipment Company has completed landscaping per the approved landscape
plan, approved by Council Resolution #77-295; and,
WHEREAS, The City Staff has inspected said landscaping and recommends a release of
Letter of Credit # 57662 to reflect the completed work at the site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Prest Equipment
Company for release of their landscape letter of credit, in the amount of $3,000.00;
covering site improvements at 2500 North Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
