the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
25th day of June , 19 79 - The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79- 334
APPROVING REVISED SCREENING FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE AT DELTAK CORPORATION (A-654)
WHEREAS, Deltak Corporation receives site plan and outside storage approval for
the facility at the northeast corner of 12th Ave. No.and Xenium Lane under Resol-
ution 76-176: and,
WHEREAS, The petitioner has submitted a revised plan for screening from public
view the outside storage area on the north side of the building using verticle
board redwood fence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the revised screening plan for the
outside storage at Deltak Corporation, per the plans dated June 21, 1979, and subject
to the following condition:
1- A performance bond shall be posted for a period of 18 months to insure the
fence is constructed.
