Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 18th daffy of June , 1979 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-328
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a list of land within its coporate limits which have
become the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate
taxes, and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conserva-
tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said Board
. of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification
by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as
non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that certain parcels in said list be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 282 for public use as hereinafter listed:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
