Neils and Spaeth The following members were a sent: None t** Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-328 REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the County of Hennepin a list of land within its coporate limits which have become the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes, and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conserva- tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said Board . of County Commissioners; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non -conservation land be and the same is hereby approved.
