_Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 322
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH UTILITIES - CONTRACT III
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
October 1, 1979 November 1, 1979
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Contract III is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Contract III is approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
