Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held the
NJon18th day of June , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt. Council members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were abs nt: __None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-321
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH STREETS - CONTRACT II
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
Part I July 15, 1979 August 15, 1979
Part II November 1, 1979 December 1, 1979
Part III July 15, 1980 July 15, 1980 (no change)
10 AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Contract II is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Contract IIis approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
