Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeld -&n—the
78th day of June , 19 79 . The following members were
present: flavor mt. Councilmembers Davenport Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following memoA were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-320
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH STREETS - CONTRACT I
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
Part I July 15, 1979 August 15, 1979
Part II November 1, 1979 December 1, 1979
Part III July 15, 1980 July 15, 1980 (no change)
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Contract I is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Contract I is approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
— C.ouncilmember Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owl- ng voted in favor thereof:yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declaredduly passed and adopted.
