Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasi-he danon the
18th day of June 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
the following mem ars were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt.___ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-316
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR CHIPPEWA TRAILS 3RD
ADDITION FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-498)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and Development Contract
for Chippewa Trails 3rd Addition as requested by Lundgren Bros. Construction
Company;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to re-
cording said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's memorandum for this project;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in the amount
of $2907 representing 17 percent of the total Chippewa Trails fees
in lieu requirement for both subdivision unit project and public
open space;
3. Verification to the City that all fees and dedications have been sat-
isfied for the entire development
