RESOLUTION NO. 79-314
APPOINTING DAVID DAVENPORT TO FILL THE VACANCY ON THE CITY COUNCIL
CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF MARV SEIBOLD
WHEREAS, Mary Seibold has heretofore resigned his seat on the Plymouth City
Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 79-294 declaring the seat
of Mary Seibold to be vacant, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make an appointment to fili
the unexpired term of Mary Seibold, and
WHEREAS, the Council has agreed upon a person to fill such seat for such
unexpired term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Effective immediately, David Davenport is hereby appointed to fill the
unexpired term on the City Council of Mary Seibold which term expires
on December 31, 1979.
2. The City Clerk is directed to take all the necessary steps to effectuate
this appointment and to notify all persons entitled to such notice.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by*

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
