moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-312
REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR STORM SEWER OVERS IZING
CEDAR VIEW ESTATES ADDITION (A-705)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 27, 1978,
Clifford Otten, Developer of Cedar View Estates Addition, has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed the installation of the storm sewer and it
has been inspected by the City and found to be in conformance with the approved
plans and specifications for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested reimbursement for storm sewer oversizing in
accordance with said development contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Director be directed to reimburse Clifford Otten
$2,530.00 for the storm sewer oversizing per the development contract from
Account No. 101-189-899 (Bassett Creek).
