Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, areg ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was ie on the
4th day of June , 19 79 . The following members were
present: 1•iavor Hunt. Councilmembers Hovt. Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-308
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PROJECT NO. 935 - RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE BIKEWAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of
Minnetonka dated April 25, 1979, the City of Minnetonka has prepared plans and
specifications for the Ridgemount Avenue Bikeway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City of Minnetonka is authorized to receive bids on the project
in accordance with the agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
