Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are alar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was eld on the
4th day of June , 19 79 . The following members were
present: ,Mayor Hu_nntt,�Counci l members Hot Neils and Spaeth
The follow ng.mi embers were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-307
ORDERING PROJECT 924
13TH AVE. STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted February 5, 1979, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvement of 13th Ave. from Berkshire Lane to I-494 by the
construction of sanitary sewer and water services, streets, storm sewer and
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on June 4, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution
adopted February 5, 1979. The petitioner has waived their right to a
public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rc-solution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils-
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstains one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
