The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, NeiTs and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-305 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - MISSION PONDS TOWNHOUSES WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Mission Partnership requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Mission Ponds Townhouses development; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Mission Ponds Townhouse, by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on June 4, 1979, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote ih avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. and Spaeth
