of the City Council. of the City
of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
was held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 4, 1979,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
and the following were absent: None.
The following resolution was presented by Councilmember
Councilmember Neils who moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-302
RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PROPOSED PROJECT UNDER THE MINNESOTA
MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT.
WHEREAS, Insilco Corporation (Miles Homes Division) (the
"Company") has proposed that the City undertake and finance
project under the Municipal Industrial Development Act Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 474 (the "Act");and
WHEREAS, the Act, as amended, requires that a public hearing
on the proposed project be conducted by the Council before any
action may be taken by it relative to the proposed project:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth.
1. The Council shall meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 9
1979 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed project
requested by the Company and to take whatever action in
relation thereto as it deems appropriate.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
NOTICE IS,HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota will meet in the Council chambers in the City
Hall at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard in the City of Plymouth at 7:30
r .,m. on
MONDAY, July 9 , 1979,
to conduct a public hearing on a proposal that the City undertake
and finance a project under the Municipal Industrial Development
Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474.
The project is proposed by Insilco Corporation (Miles Homes
Division) (the "Company") and consists of the acquisition of land
in the City and the construction and equipping thereon of a new
corporate headquarters for the Company. The principal amnsint of
bonds or other obligations proposed to be issued by the City to
finance the project is estimated to be not in excess of $5,500,000.
A draft copy of a proposed application to the Minnesota
Commissioner of Securities, together with all attachments and
exhibits thereto, is available for public inspection at tha office
of the City Clerk in the City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard.
Plymouth, Minnesota 55441 during regular City business hours
(5:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays).
Any person wishing to express a view with respect to the pro-
posal to undertake and finance the project will be heard at the
public hearing.

2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to publish
notice of the hearing in the form attached hereto as
Exhibit A once in the official newspaper and once in the
Minneapolis Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation
in the City, not less than 15 days prior to July 9. 1979
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt__and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt and Neils
and the following voted against: Councilmember Spaeth
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
