Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held -on the
4th day of June 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt, Co uncilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were a sent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79-297
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR JOHN KULLE
WHEREAS the City Council has approved a lot division for John Kulle, Resolution
79-296
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to
be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's memorandum;
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for one lot per
current Policy at time of filing;
3. Provision for necessary utility and drainage easements;
4. Removal of existing garage prior to issuance of building permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly sec,:nded by
ncilmember S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote in favor t ereo : Myor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
