Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
21st day of May , 19 79 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers oyt, IT07s, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-293
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM POLICE EQUIPMENT FUND
FOR PURCHASE OF RADAR UNIT FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department has requested a supplemental appropriation in
order to acquire one (1) KR -11 moving -type radar for use in the City's Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the sum of $1,500.50 be appropriated from the City's Police
Equipment Fund and applied towards the purchase of one (1) KR -11 moving -type
radar unit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
CouncilmamhE C� 1si and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ming voted i n favor thereof: Mavor Hunt. Counciltt�mbers Hovt, Neils
and Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
