Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was FMr on the
21st day of May , 1979 . The followingmembers were
present: Mayor Hunt, CounciTmemSers-Royt, Neils, Seibold and paeth
The following members were absent: None
Ceuncilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-292
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDING APRIL 30, 1979
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending April 30, 1979 was
presented to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the payments of the list of disbursements of the
following funds is approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund $328,412.66
Construction Fund 51,448.63
Plymouth State Bank
Utilities Fund 134,085.34
Housing Redevelopment Authority 11,830.75
First National Bank of Wayzata
Special Assessment Fund 93,480.23
GRAND TOTAL ALL FUNDS $619,257.61
Above totals for the period ending April 30, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: --Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: Nofle
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
