Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of May , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt Neils_ Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 291
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSES - 1979
Whereas, application for Cigarette License has been received from
Coca-Cola Bottling Midwest, Inc. for license at:
Buhler-Miag
1100 Xenium Lane and
13440 - 12th Avenue North
The above applications were received in accordance with Section 1150
of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Cigarette License be approved for Buhler-Miag
for the period ending December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following yoted i,n favor thereof'. Mayor Hunt, Councilmember$ Hoyt. its.
Seibold and Spaeth
following vote against orabstained;
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
