Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of —Maz , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor unlit, Councilmembers Hoyt—Veils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-290
APPROVING HOUSE MOVERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, Lyndon B. Stubbs dba: Roger M. Stubbs Co., 185 Old Crystal
Bay Road, Long Lake, Minnesota, has submitted an application for a
House Movers License to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter IV, Section 415, City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application for a House Movers
License from Roger M. Stubbs Co., be approved for the license period
January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In Tavor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils_.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; Nope
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
