Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
I21st day of May , 19 79 . The following members were
presen`.: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Pesolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-289
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
PIKE LAKE TERRACE ADDITION (A-96)
WHEREAS, the Developers of Pike Lake Terrace Addition have furnished a bond in
the amount of $2,250 to cover seeding and sodding within the Pike Lake Terrace
Addition (A-96), and
WHEREAS,. this will be completed as part of the public improvement project
(Project No. 809) which the City presently has under construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA that the bond for seeding and sodding of the boulevard in Pike Lake
Terrace Addition (Standard Surety Company Bond No. 375682) is hereby reduced from
$2,250 to zero dollars.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulypasse and adopted.
